 We are connected to the Internet by a full T1, backed up by ISDN lines, and protected by multiple firewalls. Transferring artwork between publishers, print houses, and clients has become a breeze. Our entire staff is accessible by email, which has become an easy and cost effective way of communicating with clients.

Trusted Software
 We use an application called MYPS (Multi-Tasking Yellow Pages Solution) as the front end to our database. MYPS is a new point-and-click interface in use by many CMRs today. It allows for quick and easy access to data, and its drag-and-drop capabilities save time and help to eliminate mistakes.

Web Enabled Access 24/7/365
 All of our clients have online access via the internet to their Yellow Pages account information including artwork, directory orders and management reports.
